Kanti (Divine Harmony)
Kanti offers you the immersive experience of a Gong Sound Bath....this is a passive session where you simply lie back for around 60 minutes and receive the resonant healing sounds from Gongs, singing bowls, drum, flute & more....the variety of sounds & silence can take you on a magical journey, afterward you may feel more energised, clear, balanced, calm, connected to yourself and others.
Kanti has been creating these sound landscapes for 15 years now and loves to offer this unique experience to others...
Come along and enjoy a guided and peaceful meditation session provided by Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre. Meditation helps us to still the mind from painful and distracting thoughts and helps us to enjoy an experience of inner peace and tranquillity. Everyone is able to learn and enjoy meditation and the sessions are suitable both for those new to meditation and more experienced meditators. It doesn't matter what your personal faith or beliefs, meditation can be enjoyed by everyone. Indigo lotus acupuncture
Evette of Indigo lotus acupuncture is an experienced, fully licenced, and insured acupuncturist and achieved a BSc in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the International College of Oriental Medicine in East Grinstead and through Greenwich University. She is also a member of the British Acupuncture Association. Over the last seven years, Evette has had the opportunity to treat a vast number of people inflicted with a wide variety of conditions in locations all over the world. She has been working at the Sussex MS centre for the past two years and, additionally, is working from Onemed mental health clinic in Hove. She has also offered multi-bed clinics, one-on-one sessions, and home visits all around Brighton and the South East Coast. Evette has had the pleasure of spending summers working in various healing fields at festivals such as Noisily festival, Wildheart festival, and Blue dot festival. In 2015, she volunteered at the Vajra Varahi Clinic in Chapaguan, Nepal, treating those suffering from physical and mental health issues following the devastating earthquake. She has also helped support and treat people at refugee camps and centres in Calais and Athens. In addition to general acupuncture treatments.
