How do I get to the festival?

By Car  - Use Satnav postcode  LE16 8YP (follow the festival car parking signs-entrance through the field on the left just outside the village of Middleton.

By Train - You can either use Market

Harborough or Corby train stations and then travel via taxis which are available at both locations.

 

By Foot

There is no pedestrian access to the festival site and the roads around the site are not suitable for pedestrians.

In the event, you need to walk onto or offsite at night then please wear reflective clothing or something bright and highly visible as the roads are not lit and there are no pavements or verges

What can I bring into the festival?

Where do I pick up my tickets?

You will receive a physical ticket in the post or an e-ticket with a bar code.  Both must be exchanged at the main gate for a festival wrist band.

Where can I stay during the festival?

There is a campsite on-site or you can upgrade to one of our luxury glamping options (limited numbers).

  1. The Festival organisers will not be held responsible for any tickets lost, misplaced, stolen or lost in transit.

  2. No tickets will be reissued at the expense of the festival organisers. We cannot issue duplicate tickets.

  3. Purchasing a ticket signifies your agreement to the following:

    1. This ticket is for a Festival and not for one specific artist/act. Although the organisers will always endeavour to present the bill as advertised, the line-up of healers/artists/acts cannot be guaranteed.

    2. Cancellations do sometimes happen due to illness or other reasons. Where reasonably necessary, the organiser of the event and/or the venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published event programme. Published times may also be affected, but the Festival will finish at 2359hrs on the 16th August 2020. 

    3. Please be aware that refunds will not be given in these circumstances. No money will be refunded or tickets cancelled or exchanged, unless the event is completely cancelled.

    4. Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled or where there is a material change to the programme of event, you will be able to claim a refund from us in accordance to this clause. CANCELLATION - In the event of TOTAL cancellation, the face value minus a 10% administration fee will be refunded.

    5. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase of ticket.

    6. You consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience.

    7. Yin & Yang IS AN ADULT FESTIVAL AND IS DRUG FREE. ALL PERSONS ATTENDING MAY BE SUBJECT TO DRUG AND SECURITY SEARCHES. BAGS/POSSESSIONS MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPON ENTERING THE EVENT.

    8. STRICTLY NO ANIMALS. ANYONE ARRIVING ON SITE WITH AN ANIMAL WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE GATE. TICKET MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

    9. If you look under 25, when you present the ticket for an entrance wristband at the festival and you do not have proof that you are over 18, you will be refused entrance -  Acceptable IDs are Passports, Driving Licence or PASS (National Proof of Age Standards Scheme) - No ID, no wristband! No refunds will be given on the difference in cost.

    10. NO WEAPONS and NO GLASS. Fireworks and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.

    11. Alcoholic drinks and  bottles/cans of soft drinks are not permitted to be taken in. Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without refund.

    12. Festival organisers accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property and/or personal items. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event that have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

    13. Yin &Yang will not be responsible for any loss, stolen or damage of your personal belongings, other than caused as a direct result of our negligence.

    14. Members of the public attending events should be aware of all risks involved; consideration should be given to excessive exposure to sustained high noise levels.

    15. Tickets may not be re-sold without the express agreement of The Yin & Yang Festival, and the title to this ticket remains with us until payment has been received in full by The Yin & Yang Festival or its nominated agents.

    16. Be aware of possible forgeries and only purchase tickets from authorised vendors.

    17. Strict ticket checks will be in place at the point of entry.

    18. Any information displayed on the webpage, on the festival site or in the programme is for information only and may be subject to change.

    19. Ticket prices include VAT but may incur a booking fee.​
